List of pill skills and users

I have wasted several skill pills on folks who can't use them. Is there anywhere that I can look to see who uses what pill?

There isn't a list of pills yet, but it is recommended that you keep the strong magic based skill pills on mages (Loyola, Kromon, Nandini) and the attack based ones on the others. And some skill pills might not worked on some characters because of their stats, low MP, etc.
